With a commitment to innovation, ICNX CA is dedicated to providing impactful marketing solutions for diverse business needs.What you’ll be doingSetting up and launching mass tactical and trigger campaigns in a CDP system (Adobe Campaign).Reviewing and adjusting provided HTML templates in the CDP system (modifying links, UTM tags, and dynamic parameters).Segmenting customer databases for email and push campaigns based on defined parameters.Coordinating with related departments to align campaign activities.Exporting communication metrics for email and push campaigns, as well as general database metrics, in the required format for further analysis and reporting.Analyzing communication performance metrics.Developing A/B testing hypotheses with the team and analyzing results.Auditing key performance indicators to build effective communication strategies.What we’re looking forStrong understanding of email and push campaigns — setup, segmentation, testing, and reporting.Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL, and above-basic knowledge of JavaScript.English level — Intermediate or higher.Experience working in one of the following systems: Adobe Campaign / Altcraft / Bloomreach.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical mindset.What we offerOfficial employment under the Labor Code in an accredited company (other employment formats can also be considered).Competitive salary determined by interview results + annual bonus.Health insurance after probation.Option to work remotely from anywhere in the world.The stability of an established company combined with flexible processes.Professional growth opportunities within a strong expert team.
