This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and promote World Vision Malaysia’s mission to improve the lives of children and communities in need. The position works across digital, on-ground, and partnership channels to deliver impactful campaigns that inspire public participation and fundraising support. The final designation (Executive or Senior Executive) will depend on the candidate’s experience, capability, and performance during the selection process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  1.   Campaign Planning & Coordination·     Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational priorities and fundraising goals.·     Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions, contributing creative and data-driven ideas.·     Coordinate cross-team collaboration between Communications, Digital, and Fundraising units to ensure timely campaign rollout.·     Prepare campaign briefs, schedules, and supporting documentation. 2.   Campaign Execution·     Manage or co-manage assigned campaigns from planning to execution, including creative development, partner coordination, and performance tracking.·     Support production of campaign materials (digital, social media, print, and on-ground collaterals).·     Ensure brand consistency across all communication and engagement platforms.·     Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns effectively. 3.   Market Research & Analysis·     Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and supporter preferences.·     Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.·     Track budget utilization and provide input on cost-effectiveness and ROI. 4.   Events & Public Engagement·     Support the planning and execution of events such as roadshows, awareness campaigns, workshops, and corporate collaborations.·     Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.·     Deliver presentations or engagement sessions to public or private groups to communicate campaign goals. 5.   Collaboration & Administrative Support·     Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational branding and impact messaging.·     Maintain accurate documentation and campaign archives for future reference.·     Provide assistance to colleagues or interns, fostering teamwork and accountability. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE ·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.·     Minimum 1–5 years of relevant working experience, depending on level of entry.·     Candidates with less experience may be considered for Executive level.·     Candidates with proven project ownership and campaign management experience may be considered for Senior Executive level.·     Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns or managing events.·     Excellent communication and presentation skills.·     Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.·     Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.·     Creative thinker with attention to detail and results orientation. CORE COMPETENCIES·     Campaign Management: Executes marketing initiatives effectively and on schedule.·     Creativity & Storytelling: Generates engaging and meaningful content ideas.·     Analytical Thinking: Uses data and insights to drive improvements.·     Collaboration: Works well across functions and with external stakeholders.·     Adaptability: Responds positively to change and fast-paced environments.·     Accountability: Demonstrates ownership and reliability in deliverables. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS ·     Successful delivery of assigned campaigns (quality, timeliness, and reach).·     Achievement of campaign engagement or fundraising KPIs.·     Quality and consistency of content and communication materials.·     Feedback from internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.·     Contribution to team learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
