Job DescriptionA Marketing Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for:Assisting in Campaign Development and Execution: Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, and in-app placements to drive user engagement and brand awareness.Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness.Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Lead, Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution of campaigns.RequirementsGraduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing related courseAt least 2 years of experience related to marketing campaigns from financial services industryMust be proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation, along with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performanceHas effective project management and organizational abilities for handling multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential for maintaining consistent branding and messagingCreativity and attention to detail are also critical for developing compelling content and innovative marketing approaches.
