Job Description

As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively delivering Specialized brand message and strengthening engagement with customers and communities across multiple channels. You will connect global marketing strategies with local market insights, maximize brand value, and drive both digital and offline campaigns while expanding retail and community touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign PlanningLocalize and execute global marketing strategies for the Korean market.Plan and manage new product launch and brand campaigns.Develop PR, influencer marketing and media planning strategies.Organize offline events (rides, pop-ups, showcase) to enhance brand experience.Social Media & Content PlanningPlan and manage social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Blog, etc.) contents including copywriting that touches riders emotions.Manage official website, social channels and retail touchpoints with consistent brand tone & manner.Collaborate with in-house content designers, agencies, influencers and partners to develop digital content.Internal & Regional CollaborationCommunicate and collaborate with APAC and Global marketing teams to support local executions.Support internal marketing operations, reporting and archiving.Required Skills & KnowledgeBachelor’s degreeStrong proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)+7 years of experience in consumer marketing and communicationsExcellent project management and communication skillsProficiency with collaboration tools such as MS Office, ConfluenceHands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Meta, Google Analytics, etc.)Proven experience in planning and executing brand/product campaignsExperience in managing social media and digital content
