Some requirements for the AVP/VP Marketing & Communications Change Management candidate for a 12 month contract role:Handle all Change Management processes and procedures for the business and handle Communication and Marketing Change Management initiativesWork with the internal business units to define the business vision, manage strategic priorities, and drive the change narrative.Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand impact across the wider business, and ensure alignment through a clear governance structure and process across the firm Design a clear and effective communication and engagement plan for the wider businessPerform change impact assessments and deploy readiness evaluations to identify risks and gapsEngage internal teams and ensure stakeholders adopt the change management processes that are implemented Create a time line and Project Map, and ensure all changes and implementation is done within the time lineThe requirements: We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of experience in Change Management, and candidates who have an understanding of the Asset Management and Investments space may have an advantage We are also looking for candidates with strong Communications and Marketing experience
