ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop visually engaging marketing collaterals (e.g., presentation decks, videos, infographics, etc) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Analyse and assess performance and generate actionable insights and recommendations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high-quality work. Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or in a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in Communications role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
