It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work unite that we can shape the future together.Marketing Communications Manager (f/m/x)What awaits you?Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies to achieve defined business targets, KPIs, and focus topics, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital, social, and offline channels.Oversee and enable our 14 market partners in the region of BMW Asia with their integrated marketing communications strategies and help them achieve defined business targets, KPIs, and focus topics, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital, social, and offline channels.Oversee and initiate the creation of compelling content and brand assets, ensuring alignment with corporate identity, tone, and visual guidelines (SG and additional markets).Orchestrate the use and activation of campaigns created by the BMW headquarters into strong local and regional marketing plans to steer Singapore and other markets to the best possible success.Create on-site communications for large scale events like Motorshows.Plan and manage campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations.Lead media strategy, planning, and buying across multiple platforms to optimize reach, efficiency, and ROI. (SG and additional markets).Collaborate with media partners, influencers, and lifestyle collaborators to strengthen the brand’s positioning in premium and lifestyle segments.Negotiate contracts and partnerships with agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure optimal value, quality, and cost efficiency not only for Singapore but also other markets in the region.Lead the development of communication toolkits and guidelines to support markets adaptation and consistency. Provide marketing communications support to importers and dealer partners through enabling tools such as data analytics, media asset platforms, and marketing fund management.Manage and control the marketing communications budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and compliance with internal processes.Ensure that all marketing communications and materials adhere to corporate identity and brand standards.What Should You Bring AlongDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or related fields, ideally within the automotive, luxury, or lifestyle industry.Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (including events), with strong expertise in brand storytelling, media planning, and digital strategy.Preferably some experiences also in events or very close collaborations with event teams.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and timelines effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.Analytical and creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to translate brand objectives into impactful communication strategies.Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).A valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.We encourage diverse candidates with diverse backgrounds to apply!
