P4ML also plays a leading role in newborn screening innovation, collaborating with international partners and contributing to the BeginNGS consortium to expand access to genome-enabled early detection.We’re now hiring a creative, design-forward, and media-savvy Marketing Manager to elevate a science-backed lifestyle brand on the global stage.The RoleAs Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll be the creative engine behind P4ML’s global brand blending scientific credibility with lifestyle appeal across regions and cultures. You will own campaign strategy, design world-class assets, produce compelling video content, and optimize high-performing digital channels through HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud. One day you’ll storyboard and shoot physician interviews; the next, you’ll craft investor decks, launch multi-market campaigns, and analyse ROI. This role is perfect for a hands-on storyteller who thrives from concept to execution and is energised by building an internationally recognized brand in a fast-scaling health tech company.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Campaign LeadershipDefine and execute a global brand and go-to-market strategy across key regions (MENA, Europe, Asia).Lead integrated campaigns for OMICAssist™, P4Perform™, CellAge™, and flagship events (e.g., Dubai Fitness Challenge), tailored by market.Champion P4ML’s newborn screening narrative, including our participation in the BeginNGS consortium, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and impact across audiences.Align brand messaging with investor, government, and partner communications; collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team.Design & Creative ProductionDesign high-impact assets: brochures, presentations, investor decks, event branding, and scientific infographics.Maintain visual consistency across digital and print, enforcing brand guidelines, typography, and visual tone.Produce professional-grade assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Develop motion graphics and animations to simplify complex science and genomic workflows.Digital Marketing & CRM (HubSpot)Own HubSpot for campaign automation, segmentation, lead flows, and performance analytics.Build and optimize email journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels for international audiences.Track and report on channel performance (LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, web), including engagement, growth, and ROI, with clear insights and recommendations.Media, Photography & VideoCapture and edit photography and video across live events, labs, clinics, and partner activations.Produce short- and long-form video content optimised for social, web, and investor presentations.Maintain a searchable, rights-cleared content archive with proper tagging and metadata.Apple Platform OperationsWork fluently across the Apple ecosystem (Mac, iPhone, iPad, iCloud, Final Cut, Keynote).Manage efficient media workflows leveraging Apple-native and integrated tools.Partnerships, PR & EventsSupport PR and communications with media, healthcare institutions, academic partners, and international collaborators.Design and coordinate event materials, media kits, and immersive visual displays for conferences, launches, and exhibitions globally.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).4–8 years’ experience in marketing and creative production, ideally within biotech, health tech, or innovation-led sectors.Proven HubSpot expertise (automation, CRM analytics, reporting).Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.Strong photography and video portfolio (required).Proficiency with Apple ecosystem tools for media production and presentations.Exceptional visual design, storytelling, and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for scientific accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.PreferredExperience in a startup or scale-up, ideally with international campaign execution.Familiarity with Salesforce, Teamwork, and HubSpot.Understanding of UAE and GCC media and cultural landscape; multilingual capabilities are a plus.What You’ll GainA pivotal role in one of the Middle East’s most exciting precision health scale-ups with global reach.The freedom to design, film, and launch campaigns that influence healthcare and human performance worldwide.Direct collaboration with scientists, clinicians, athletes, and innovators shaping the future of longevity and newborn screening.Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and clear pathways for career growth.A creative, mission-driven team that values vision, quality, and world-class execution.How to ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio (design + media work), and a short note on why P4ML’s mission including our work in newborn screening and the BeginNGS consortium inspires you to, including a recent headshot and ability to start immediately.
