Marketing Consultant (Healthcare & Medical Tourism)

Our mission is to improve patient experiences and help clinics expand globally through trust, transparency, and technology. We’re now seeking a performance-driven marketing consultant who can design and optimize digital campaigns that directly generate clinic or hospital sales.Role OverviewYou’ll drive the performance marketing efforts for Nova Voya’s online deals. Your focus will be to drive paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) or other innovative digital marketing promotional campaigns that convert into qualified patient leads or confirmed sales for our partner clinics and hospitals.Please note this is a performance-based consultant role: you’ll earn 5% commission from each confirmed sale generated through your campaigns. The deals that you will be responsible for are typically between $2,500 to $50,000, so your commission will typically be between $125 and $2,500 per deal.What You’ll DoPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for healthcare and medical tourism services.Develop creative marketing strategies and collaborate with our in-house marketing team (copywriter, designer, manager) to craft high-performing ad content.Align ad strategy with Nova Voya’s sales goals and track KPIs such as conversion rate, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Suggest new offers, creative formats, or funnels to increase conversion and sales.Maintain transparency on performance reporting and validate results with leadership.What You’ll BringA highly creative and analytical mindset with a track record of improving ROI.Minimum years of digital performance marketing experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals (medical, health and wellness tourism are preferable) .Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics.Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters on campaigns.Fluency in English.
