Marketing & Content Creator Executive

We’re looking for a KL-Based creative to join our startup team! If you love creating content that make people stop, watch, and click — this might be for you.What you’ll do:Design social graphics (static + light motion)Produce Reels/ad creatives (planning → shoot → edit) that grab attention and spark interaction.Support campaign rollouts across social mediaCollaborate on ideas that drive engagement and conversionsRequirements:KL-based (onsite role) Proficient in Adobe AE, Capcut, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Ai-tools or similar platforms.Creative thinker with a strong sense of design Proactive, strong communication skills, able to work independently as well as in a team Strong copywriting ability and creative thinking Good command in Malay & English Love modern, tech-forward designEnthusiasm for trending formats, viral content styles, and platform algorithms.Passion for on-the-go video content creation (e.g., quick shoots for reels or TikToks).Is curious about consumer psychology and storytelling to influence behavior through content.Stay on top of trends by adopting new tools and creative techniques to boost production quality and efficiency.Familiarity with IG/FB Ad Manager — ability to tailor creatives for ad performance and A/B testing.Understanding of campaign reporting and how design impacts engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rate, watch time).Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or graphic design (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome!)📩 How to ApplySend your Creative portfolio + resume to info@insura.com.my.
