Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist (SaaS products – WMS, OMS, SwiftTrack)Location: Work at Van Phuc - Ho Chi Minh City Company: SwiftHub VietnamType: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are expanding our SaaS product line (WMS, OMS, SwiftTrack) and are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Content Specialist to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales pipeline through high-quality content.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ManagementPlan and create high-quality content for SaaS products (articles, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, email sequences, social media posts, product videos, etc.).Write clear product-focused content explaining features, workflows, and benefits for warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics users.Manage content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across platforms (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email, YouTube).Develop product documentation, onboarding guides, and feature-release announcements.Product & Market UnderstandingWork closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to deeply understand WMS, OMS, SwiftTrack features, customer pain points, and use cases.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis in the SaaS logistics/fulfillment market.Develop messaging that highlights our unique value in e-commerce logistics tech.Sales & Customer EnablementProduce pitch decks, demos scripts, brochures, and sales enablement materials.Build case studies from existing partners using SwiftHub WMS & SwiftTrack.Support webinars, product launches, and industry events.RequirementsExperience in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, logistics, or e-commerce.Strong writing skills in English and Vietnamese.Ability to simplify complex technical topics into easy-to-understand content.Understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics is a plus.Creative mindset with data-driven thinking.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Opportunity to work on fast-growing SaaS products in logistics tech.Professional training on WMS, OMS, and SwiftTrack systems.Work with a young, ambitious, and innovative team.Apply your CV to info@swifthub.net
