Marketing Coordinator - Residential Construction

Our client is a well-established residential builder based in Penrith, seeking an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across diverse and creative projects.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for the residential property industry who’s looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of initiatives — from brand campaigns and TV features to digital content, events, and social media.Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will work across;Supporting the Marketing Manager & growing Home Consultant teamGraphic design & creation for both digital and print contentUpdate, maintain and create new content for brochures, signage, booklets, branded merchandise, websites etc. Social media coordinationManaging & updating websiteLiaising with and managing external contractors (SEO & Programmatic ads)Creating monthly EDM’sOrganising new display home launches, events & trade showsAd-hoc marketing support as requiredAbout you: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar rolePrevious experience in the residential construction, property, or real estate industry (highly regarded)Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creationExcellent communication and copywriting skillsProficiency with Adobe Indesign, HubSpot and CapCutA proactive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits and Remuneration: Paying up to $90k + Super (experience dependant) Monday - Friday, full time position. Fridays finish at 3pm!
