Job Description

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that align with the Biocodex drug’s brand strategy and objectives. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners, manages marketing assets, and tracks campaign performance to drive engagement, and strengthen brand awareness, increase brand penetration and market share for Primary Care & Analgesia (PCA) products across channelsResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis and support to conduct market researchCollect and analysis market data to understand targeted customers and consumers, understand competitor intelligences and market trendSupport DRUG’s Marketing team to implement local activationCoordinate execution of marketing campaigns and events under supervision of PM/GPMPlay collective with cross functional teams to implement brand’s strategy and drive for achievementSupport DRUG’s Marketing team regarding content validation and drive communicationSupport administrative processes: internal validation (IZIFLOW) payment, and contract documentation.Work closely with agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of communication and event materialsAssist in preparing marketing materials and reports (event performance, material stock management)Support to mesure and report the KPIs on each activation Assist in measure KPIsReports and propose new method to improve event’s measurement (if any)QualificationsStrong communication skills: need to be able to communicate effectively to convey marketing messages clearly and effectively to cross functional teams and local stakeholders.Analysis’s skillOrganizational skills : highly organized to manage multiple tasks, projects, and time contraints simultaneously.Creative thinking to develop groundbreaking ideas to promote products or services in a new and engaging way.Collaboration: work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as sales, medical,finance, local distributor to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with common business goals.Attention to detail: pay attention to detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate and error-free.Project management skills: have expériences to manage multiple projects and schedules.Adaptability: to adapt to the leadship’s changing regarding market conditions, new trends, and new business’s operation to stay growth
