And your colleagues will be there to motivate and inspire you every step of the way.Position Purpose:To support and assist with the development, implementation and measurement of marketing activities and campaigns for Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing which are designed to attract new clients and retain existing clients to the business.Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns across print, digital, and in-clinic channels. Manage clinic marketing materials and merchandise, ensuring stock and relevance. Coordinate and manage local clinic events and community outreach initiatives. Update and maintain brochure, flyer, and poster artwork in line with brand guidelines. Support partnership programs, medical marketing initiatives, and conferences. Provide accurate reporting on campaigns, customer satisfaction surveys, and partnership activities. Handle marketing administration, invoice tracking, and budget support. Skills Required: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop preferred. Copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content. Behavioural Competencies: Adaptable, resilient, and willing to learn. Self-motivated with initiative and accountability. Collaborative team player with a strong customer service ethic. Results-oriented and able to work autonomously when needed. Education and Experience Required: Marketing degree or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years’ experience in marketing (retail or services preferred). Current driver’s licence and flexibility to attend conference events (includes occasional weekends).
