Help Canada’s marketing engine run at its best.BSI’s Assurance division is hiring a Marketing Coordinator t orchestrate program delivery across System Certification, Training, and ISA. You’ll adapt global campaigns for Canadian audiences, maintain asset quality, support events, and ensure performance is tracked—so our brand shows up bilingually, compliantly, and convincingly.If you’re a bilingual organizer who loves checklists and clean dashboards, you’ll thrive here.What you’ll own:Campaign coordination: Build email and landing page requests, webinar logistics, and campaign assets in Pardot/CMS, tracked via Workfront.Bilingual localization: Tailor and QC content in English & French for sector relevance, tone, and compliance; align with Canadian buyer personas.Internal comms: Support sales newsletters, campaign briefings, and event comms; keep calendars current.Asset stewardship: Manage Frontify/DAM uploads, tagging, versioning, and documentation for easy reuse.How you’ll execute:QA discipline: Validate links, forms, UTMs, translation accuracy, layouts, and mobile responsiveness before launch.Event support: Coordinate registrations, booth logistics, vendor comms, and shipping; maintain national event calendars.Reporting support: Compile channel metrics, webinar attendance, and lead performance; assist in producing dashboards and readouts.Compliance alignment: Partner with ops on CASL best practices; help manage consent and preference centers.How you’ll measure success:Timely launches with high QA scoresClean, reusable asset library (naming/version control)Bilingual engagement and lead metrics captured and reportedInternal stakeholder satisfaction and reduced reworkWhat you bring:Elite organization and attention to detailExperience with Workfront, Pardot (or equivalent), CMS, and DAMStrong spreadsheet/reporting comfort; GA4 familiarityExcellent collaboration and communication across teams and time zonesBilingual agility and a continuous-improvement mindsetQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field2+ years B2B marketing experience (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred)Working knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, Workfront, GA4 (or equivalents)Language & travel:Languages: Strong command of English and French (verbal and written)Travel: Up to 5% for events and team activitiesBSI - Your Partner in Progress We are proud to be the business improvement company for other organizations to become more sustainable and resilient and finally to inspire trust in their products, systems, services, and the world we live in.Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, BSI is the world's first national standards organization with more than 100 years of experience.
