We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator who will help shape the future of cosmetic science across the Asia-Pacific region.ResponsibilitiesSupport in executing regional marketing campaigns across APAC (e.g. trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars, marketing communications, etc.)Support the execution of product launches, webinars and internal communicationsAnalyse and compile market information such as trends, market data, brand movements, new launches, success stories, etc.Assist in content creation, proofreading, and translations in collaboration with language partners or internal staffLiaise with sales teams, distributors and global marketing team to align on promotional materials, lead generation activities, and collateral needsMaintain the marketing inventory, coordinate prototype requests, shipping, purchases and printingProvide administrative support to the marketing teamRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of related experienceBachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field); Degrees in Marketing and Communications will also be considered.
