About the OpportunityA growing consumer retail organization is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across varied channels.This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination who wants to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, manage marketing content, coordinate influencer partnerships, and analyze campaign performance to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign ManagementSupport the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email marketing, and retail channelsCoordinate marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign launchesAssist with campaign planning, marketing promotions, and brand initiativesSocial Media ManagementManage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Create and publish engaging social media content to support brand growthMonitor social media engagement and respond to community messages and commentsContent Creation & CopywritingWrite compelling marketing copy for digital campaigns, promotional materials, blogs, and website contentSupport internal marketing communications and promotional messagingEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channelsInfluencer Marketing & Community EngagementSupport coordination of influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programsManage outreach, scheduling, and collaboration with creatorsStrengthen online community engagement through timely responses and conversationsMarketing Analytics & Performance TrackingTrack and analyze:Social media engagementWebsite trafficEmail marketing performanceCampaign conversion ratesConduct competitor analysis and digital marketing benchmarkingUse analytics tools to support data-driven marketing decisionsMarketing OperationsCollaborate with internal teams, designers, and vendors to develop marketing materialsAssist with coordination of marketing events and promotional initiativesMaintain organized marketing workflows and campaign documentationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketingStrong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skillsExperience managing social media platforms and content calendarsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing toolsExcellent project management, organization, and multitasking skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with influencer marketing or brand ambassador programsKnowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategyExperience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design toolsExperience supporting retail marketing or consumer brand campaignsKey SkillsDigital MarketingSocial Media MarketingContent MarketingMarketing Campaign ManagementInfluencer MarketingMarketing AnalyticsCopywriting & Content CreationBrand MarketingSEO / SEMEmail MarketingMarketing Project ManagementWork EnvironmentThis is office-based role, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams.
