Then DCL is right for you.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Operations and SupportAssist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing activities across all DCL business units.Coordinate internal deadlines, requests, and deliverables to support the marketing department.Maintain digital asset libraries, content archives, and brand files.Tradeshow and Event CoordinationManage tradeshow bookings, registrations, booth logistics, and shipping.Coordinate event materials, presentations, and product displays.Track event budgets, deadlines, and follow-up actions.Graphic Design and Content ProductionCreate marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, flyers, datasheets, social posts, and digital graphics.Edit photos, prepare layouts, and ensure all materials follow brand guidelines.Support website updates with visuals, graphics, and minor content edits.Reporting and AnalyticsGenerate monthly and quarterly reports on campaigns, website activity, and lead funnels.Prepare dashboards and summaries for management review.Help maintain accuracy in CRM and marketing databases.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with sales, engineering, R&D, and operations teams to gather information for marketing projects.Support product launches, announcements, and internal communications.Coordinate internal deadlines, requests, and deliverables to support the marketing department.Maintain digital asset libraries, content archives, and brand files.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.1 to 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B or industrial environment is an asset.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).Strong writing, layout, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Comfortable learning technical subjects and converting them into clear marketing materials.
