DI PR IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING COORDINATORThis position will be tasked with general administrative support of the Marketing department, including but not limited clerical support, PO and budget administration, expense coordination, reporting and meeting coordination, as well as supporting and coordinating various marketing activities, such as project trafficking, brand support, PR and event coordination and other marketing related projects as assigned. Ideally the candidate will be familiar with traditional marketing, digital marketing and social media and is looking to work in a growing, fast-paced environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project routing and approval processes across multiple departments for multiple brandsEnsuring Marketing Request Forms are submitted and complete for all new projects coming into the Marketing Department. Add all new projects to tracking sheetsProcess and coordinate marketing invoices, including establishing and maintaining an organized filing and tracking systemAssist in coordination and implementation of digital marketing initiatives as needed, including administration and maintenance of digital dashboards to update content for multiple websites and social platformsMaintain and manage brand assets and image librariesAdminister digital and social postings and reporting, including monitoring competitive activitySupport various marketing initiatives and send regular progress updates to field salesforceConduct PR outreach, coordinate sample and image trafficking with various media partnersUpdate and maintain various reporting dashboards, including competitive activities, to produce monthly comparative reports and analysis for promotional inventory using Excel.QualificationsBachelor's degree – preferably in Business, Marketing or Advertising1+ years of experience supporting a marketing team, preferably within an in-house marketing department, digital media group and/or ad agencyExperience coordinating projects with external designers and agenciesHighly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) - Adobe Acrobat mark-up tools and/or Photoshop is a plusExceptional verbal and written communications skillsExtremely organized with the ability to support multiple projects and tight deadlinesAble to solve problems - research and troubleshoot problems and/or potential problems in order to recommend possible solutionsAbility to work independently and collaboratively, while multitasking, maintaining strong attention to detail and producing quality resultsSelf-motivated, confident, energetic and creativeA strong team player with a positive attitudeCapacity to successfully work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
