Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a desire to constantly think 'what’s next'.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the marketing team to help bring campaigns to life from concept to launch. You’ll coordinate shoots, support social and influencer activations, analyse marketing effectiveness and make sure every piece of content hits the mark.This is a role for someone who’s detail-driven, switched-on, gets the culture and is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaigns & Content- Support the end-to-end rollout of product launches & marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels (7+ stores).- Coordinate photoshoots for product launches, seasonal drops & events - managing timelines and deliverables.- Maintain the marketing calendar and keep projects running smoothly.- Assist with briefing creative teams and manage asset delivery across channels.- Create and uphold marketing processes.- End of campaign reporting.Social & Digital- Assist the social media manager with content scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.- Assist with trending content research.- Track performance metrics and help refine our social strategy.- Assist with engagement of our community across platforms in a way that feels authentic, not scripted.Influencer & PR- Help coordinate seeding lists, track deliverables, and compile performance reports.- Support PR events, product launches, and brand activations.eCommerce & CRM- Assist with email campaign coordination, including copywriting and QA.- Update marketing visuals and product assets online as needed.- Support with campaign tracking and performance analysis.Brand & Retail- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. - Support retail campaigns, promotions, and store events.- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and visuals.Skills & Experience- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within fashion, accessories, or beauty.- Strong grasp of retail & digital marketing, social media, and influencer strategy.- Confident communicator with great organisational skills and attention to detail.- A sharp eye for content, styling, and brand identity.- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, or Shopify is a plus.Why Join Us- Fast-paced environment with room to grow and make real impact- A creative culture where ideas move quickly- Access to healthcare programs for full-time employees-- Work with a team that lives and breathes fashion, culture, and contentAt Jewells, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
