This is a hands-on, varied role that blends digital campaign execution, event management, social media marketing, and creative design — ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results in a dynamic environment.About the RoleThe successful candidate will coordinate and execute Nostra’s webinars, live events, and digital campaigns, ensuring every activity is delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. You will also use HubSpot as your primary CRM and campaign automation platform to manage email workflows, landing pages, analytics, and reporting. The role also involves maintaining a consistent brand presence across social media through content scheduling, design, and creative storytelling.Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway and Cork.Responsibilities:Events and WebinarsPlan and deliver Nostra’s webinars and live events from invite through to post-event follow-up.Coordinate logistics including venue booking, supplier management, AV, merchandise, and partner branding.Ensure every event delivers a high-quality delegate experience aligned with Nostra’s brand.Manage event registrations, communications, and attendance reporting.Liaise with partners (Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc.) on co-branded activities and MDF documentation.Digital CampaignsBuild and manage marketing emails, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot.Maintain accurate CRM data and lists for campaign segmentation and reporting.Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports for partners and leadership.Support lead nurturing and campaign automation for sales alignment.Social Media MarketingDevelop, schedule, and publish social media content across LinkedIn and other channels.Contribute creative ideas and help shape the social media strategy and content calendar to boost engagement.Monitor engagement metrics and coordinate with internal stakeholders for amplification.Ensure all social media content is consistent with brand voice and visual identity.Creative and DesignCreate on-brand visuals, graphics, and campaign assets using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.Support the production of marketing collateral for events, webinars, and campaigns.Manage photo and video assets for use across digital channels; basic understanding of video or motion graphics (cut-downs, snippets, or briefing editors) desirable.Marketing OperationsManage branded merchandise and supplier relationships.Handle vendor quotes, purchase orders, and MDF claim submissions.Maintain shared folders, templates, and marketing assets within HubSpot and Teams.Requirements:4–6 years’ experience in marketing coordination, digital campaigns, or social media marketing.Proficient in HubSpot (CRM, email marketing, reporting, and automation).Skilled in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop for content creation and design.Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisational and project-management abilities.Experience in B2B or technology marketing is preferred.Comfortable analysing campaign performance and presenting insights.Familiarity with partner marketing and MDF processes is an advantage.Personal Attributes:Creative, proactive, and highly organised.Collaborative and calm under pressure.Commercially aware; confident engaging with partners and suppliers.Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to streamline marketing workflows or creative output.Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress into future management roles.Benefits:Generous professional development budget.Company Pension.
