If you’re creative, energetic, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!Your roleAs the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing activities for Pizza Hut in Greece. You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that all campaigns, promotions, and local initiatives are delivered effectively and in line with brand standards. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to all areas of marketing — from digital content and partnerships to store activations and campaign performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.Assist in developing local marketing activities, events, and partnerships to drive awareness and sales.Coordinate content creation and updates across digital channels, including social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.Liaise with agencies, aggregators and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets.Monitor and report on campaign results, market trends, and competitor activity to support decision-making.Manage administrative and budget-related tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and asset tracking.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure marketing execution at store level is consistent and on-brand.Ensure all activities comply with Pizza Hut’s brand standards and communication guidelines.Candidate Profile:2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in QSR, retail, or FMCG industries.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms; experience with content tools (e.g., Canva or Meta Business Suite) is a plus.Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of e-commerce or CRM systems is an advantage.What we offer:Competitive salary package.Continuous training and professional development opportunities.Daily staff meal and employee discount card.Opportunity to be part of an exciting expansion journey in Greece.All applications will be treated in strict confidence.Interested applicants must forward a Curriculum Vitae at careers@pizzahut.com.gr
