Job HighlightsPurposeful and meaningful workGreat work culture and set of corporate valuesBe a part of a global team that enables charitable givingResponsibilitiesProject Coordination Responsibility: Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns and initiatives; Includes, but is not limited to coordination of briefs, timelines, content, and creative assets across teams, stakeholders, and vendors Content and Communication Responsibility: Manage marketing content plans and calendars across various communication channels and platforms Stakeholder Collaboration and Support Responsibility: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing requirementsJob SummaryProject CoordinationDevelop and maintain detailed project timelines and task trackers for all campaigns and marketing initiativesCoordinate and document campaign briefs with input from relevant stakeholdersSchedule and facilitate project kick-off and review meetings with stakeholdersMonitor progress and proactively follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are metConsolidate feedback and revisions from internal stakeholders and external partnersManage vendor coordination and ensure deliverables meet brand and quality standardsMaintain an organized repository of project documentation and creative assets for reference and future useTrack, record, and report campaign performance metrics to assess effectivenessContent and CommunicationSupport the Communications and Digital Marketing Managers in developing and maintaining a master content calendar covering social media, email, website, and print materialsProofread marketing materials such as blog posts, social media captions, concept sheets, and newslettersDraft basic content such as presentation decks as neededSchedule and publish content across digital platforms (LinkedIn, FB, websites, etc.)Update marketing collateral across various channels and platforms as neededSupport the team in archiving all published content, maintaining content version controlParticipate and contribute to team brainstorming sessionsStakeholder Collaboration and SupportSet up regular coordination meetings and maintain clear lines of communication with partner teams and agenciesGather marketing requirements, inputs, and approvals from internal departmentsManage and track partner deliverables and deadlines to ensure alignment with project timelinesDocument meeting minutes, feedback, and action points for accountabilityProvide administrative and logistical support for stakeholder engagements (e.g., briefing decks, follow-up emails, updates) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICSMust have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding proofreading skillsMust be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesFirm grasp of various productivity, marketing and communications platforms, channels, and best practices; this includes, but not limited to: Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Facebook, Squarespace, WordPress, Sharepoint, Canva, AI, Brevo or equivalentMust be an effective multi-tasker and problem solverEmbraces opportunities for learning and development, actively seeking ways to enhance skills and performanceEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field2-4 years of experience in marketing or related fieldsGood knowledge of marketing strategies, approaches, and conceptsExperience in a multinational company and/or nonprofit preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTSRegular workdays run from roughly 1700 – 0200 (PH Time) to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours (time spent outside regular work hours for events and event preparations will be offset against regular workdays)Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, as well as set up and maintain work filesWillingness to work more than 8 hours per day, as needed; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours
