This role is idealfor a detail-oriented, proactive team player who enjoys coordinating activities across digital and content channels. The Marketing Coordinator will help manage campaign timelines, monitor performance, and contribute to the overall success of Zad’s marketinginitiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns acrossdigital and offline channels.Help with content scheduling and posting across social media and communicationplatforms.Create and send email campaigns, newsletters, and notifications in alignment with marketing objectives.Monitor market and industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools or tactics.Support internal team coordination and communication, ensuring timely updates on campaign progress.Utilize basic CRM and marketing automation tools for audience segmentation and engagement tracking.Track campaign results and compile simple performance reports for review and analysis.Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or social media management tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred AttributesCreative mindset with an eye for detail.Interest in fintech, digital products, or technology-driven services.Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms (a plus).
