The ideal candidate will guide prospective clients interested in Japanese language programs, SSW, TITP, and international job opportunities, converting inquiries into enrolled students and clients.Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and guardians on Japanese language programs and SSW training.Promote programs through visits to colleges, training centers, and institutions.Organize and participate in seminars, campaigns, and admission events.Maintain follow-up communication with prospective students.Assist with admission processing and document collection.Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and reporting.Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and student inquiries.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, HR, or a related field.Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and counseling skills.Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.Experience in student counseling, sales, or education marketing is a plus.Interest in Japanese culture or language is advantageous (not mandatory).What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Professional and friendly work environment.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.The chance to be part of an organization promoting international education and career opportunities.Application Deadline: 30 November 2025 (or rolling basis until the position is filled).Achieve Japan is an equal-opportunity employer.
