We collaborate with leading brands in gaming and entertainment, crafting high-quality visual content that stands out across digital platforms.About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Designer with a sharp visual sense and attention to detail to join our team in Belgrade. You’ll design compelling digital assets that promote games, our studio brand, and partner projects — helping Qube’s visuals shine across social media, websites, and ad campaigns.What You’ll Do 🎯 Design web and social media banners, ads, and campaign visuals 🎯 Create icon sets, thumbnails, and promotional illustrations 🎯 Adapt visuals for Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram 🎯 Collaborate closely with the marketing and game art teams to ensure visual consistency and quality 🎯 Prepare assets for animation or motion graphics when needed 🎯 Bring your own creative ideas and take ownership of visual communicationWhat We’re Looking For ✨ 3+ years of experience in graphic or digital design (medior/senior level) ✨ Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and visual storytelling ✨ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (After Effects is a plus) ✨ Strong sense of composition, typography, and color ✨ Art school background or formal design education is a big plus ✨ Interest in AI tools and new creative technologies ✨ Passion for games, 3D art, and digital creativity ✨ Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedbackWe Offer 🌍 Work with an international creative team on high-end projects 🚀 Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, expanding studio 🕓 Flexible working hours (on-site position in Belgrade) 💰 Competitive pay based on experience and portfolioIf you’re a creative thinker who loves turning ideas into visually stunning designs — we’d love to see your work! 📩 Send your portfolio and CV to jobs@qube3dstudio.com
