The team is made up of smart, collaborative, and diverse professionals from gaming, advertising, and media backgrounds who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of storytelling through technology.About the Role The company is hiring a Marketing Director to lead growth and conversion strategy for its flagship AI-driven virtual production platform. This is a remote U.S. role (with a preference for candidates based in California) that reports to the Head of Revenue. You’ll oversee all marketing activities for the company’s next-generation SaaP (B2B AI software) product line, supported by a Marketing Manager (marcom), Web Designer, and Graphic Designer, while collaborating closely with the Head of Partnerships & Outreach and the Director of Product Strategy.This is an opportunity to join a highly innovative, diverse team at the intersection of AI, XR, and entertainment. The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer, not an events or traditional PR person, who thrives in a lean startup environment and knows how to scale B2B sales performance through measurable, analytical campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and execute all marketing campaigns focused on growth in the company’s AI / XR SaaP product line and associated bundlesDrive performance across landing pages, paid search, product imagery, videos, email marketing, social media, blog content, webinars, and eventsManage and mentor the internal marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with partnerships and product leadersUse a data-first mindset to improve conversion rates and track ROI across campaignsBuild and refine marketing verbiage, positioning, and visual assets that resonate with B2B buyers in the entertainment spaceDevelop scalable paid media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)Own analytics and optimization frameworks to grow digital sales from zero to seven digits monthlyQualificationsProven experience scaling B2B digital sales from zero to 7-figure monthly revenueAbility to research, design, and begin executing strategy within 30 days7+ years in a marketing role for a B2B or enterprise software company (SaaP/SaaS preferred)3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics3+ years with Shopify and e-commerce funnels5+ years with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive/SharePoint, Excel, Word)Demonstrated success in a lean startup environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsIndependently motivated and self-driven in a remote settingExperience in or strong understanding of the media / entertainment industryCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $130K – $140K USD + performance-based commissionEquity: Generous ownership potentialRemote (US) – California preferredUnlimited PTOCollaborative and inclusive team culture
