We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions.Our client is one of a well-established leader in the hospitality sector in Turkey and we are looking for a Marketing Director for their organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize the overall marketing strategy across the groupProvide regular reporting to the Board of Directors and CEOLead a 15-member marketing team including digital, design, corporate communication, and external agency partnersOversee strategic management of all social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedInLead the digital transformation of websites, ensuring simplicity, user-friendliness, and conversion-focused designImprove website infrastructure, define measurable KPIs, and report performance resultsTrack GRP effectiveness and analyze campaign performance across locationsImprove guest experience through streamlined digital purchasing journeysIntegrate retail-oriented marketing dynamics into campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital flowsManage press relations, conferences, launches, interviews, panels, and crisis communicationStrengthen and protect the corporate brand reputationLead communication and PR plans for both national and global eventsWork closely with HR to execute activities, gatherings, and initiatives that enhance employee engagementOversee internal communication across the companyFurther develop the newly built loyalty programCreate personalized campaigns, manage customer segmentation, and drive data-led marketing initiativesPlan, manage, and monitor the marketing budget effectivelyCoordinate creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality outputQualificationsRelevant university degree; strong English proficiencyAble to work directly with the Board of Directors and Board Advisors with maturity and professionalismProven leadership of 15–20 person teams, with experience in performance management, development planning, and motivationHands-on, strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and solid representation skillsExperience in fast-paced, customer-centric sectors such as retail (hospitality experience not mandatory)Preferably experience with global brands in Retail and/or Tourism; GameTech or strong-marketing tech sectors are a plusSkilled in marketing budget planning, presentation, and management360-degree marketing understanding across multiple disciplinesDemonstrated expertise in E-commerce and/or Digital MarketingData-driven mindset with experience in measurable marketing, customer experience, and CRM projectsExperience in communication/PR activities and event managementStrong agency and third-party management skills
