We achieved all this with our employees, our guests, our family.We would like you to know that we will be pleased to support you in improving yourself with various trainings in the tourism sector, to help you see the big picture by enriching your existing hotel and region knowledge, and to see you among us at Jolly Tur.Would you like to join our family to strengthen our strength, improve our understanding of service and make a difference?Job Description· Managing specific products, coordinating requirements and actions across multiple teams,· Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant product implementations,· Creating the vision and roadmap of the product under the responsibility, in line with feedback from stakeholders, customer needs, competitor analysis and analytical data,· Work with a cross-functional teams and have full understanding of engineering, analytics, product owners, Q&A and how these areas interact and work together,· Work with the team to establish and adhere to clear product roadmaps, timelines, resources, milestones, etc.and help to ensure timely and accurate completion of products,· Work with customer support to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues as they arise,· Lead the planning product release plans and provide support for releases as needed, keep customers and stakeholders informed of product developments,· Preparing periodic status reports.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree, preferably from engineering or similar fields of universities,· Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar role,· In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and principles,· Experience leading cross-functional and co-located efforts and working closely user research, visual designers, development teams, and business stakeholders,· Have a data-driven approach to decision making,· Analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting, presentation, strong communicatiol and holistic business perspective skills,· Preferably experienced about B2B Sales Channels and sales applications,· Preferably with experience in tourism, travel, e-comemrce and/or FMCG industries,
