About Marketing & CommunicationAligned with the guidelines shared by BDO Global, our team of Marketing and Communication executives work together to enhance the brand value of BDO in India. We work together with service line teams, to take to market new offerings through innovative and engaging campaigns and from a corporate perspective, remain a custodian of the brand and strategise to enhance its visibility. Leveraging new techniques of marketing and communications, our team works across diverse avenues including design, digital, events, PR, content and communications.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Leveraging digital for Marketing:Combining brand strategy, digital tools, marketing technology, and offline channels to help grow the business and meet company goals.Manage marketing campaigns powered by advanced martech solutions to increase revenue.Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for offerings, leveraging digital channels to accelerate adoption, boost engagement across channels and strengthen brand positioning.Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and target audience preferences.Plan and manage email campaigns to ensure smart targeting and increased outreach.2. Social Media Engagement and Campaigning:Adept with social media platforms for understanding trends and ideating on new social media campaigns, to enhance engagement.Drive social media engagement and community growth through interactive campaigns, and strategic audience targeting.Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to participate in relevant discussions and amplify brand messaging.3. Campaign Conceptualisation and Coordination:Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including branding initiatives, product launches, events, etc.Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and optimise strategies for maximum impact and ROI.Manage relationships with cross-functional teams/ leaders and collaborate closely with C-suite to embed marketing as a strategic growth driver and deliver transformative, enterprise-wide impact.4. Adaptability in High-Pressure Environments:Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.Remain agile and flexible in responding to evolving business priorities, industry trends, and customer feedback.Demonstrate resilience and composure under pressure, problem-solving effectively and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.5. Project ManagementHands-on in leading projects with business teams from an overall marketing perspective.Ability to manage and execute end-to-end campaigns independently with business, corporate and leadership teams aligning stakeholders, executing programmes, etc.QualificationsMasters degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum 10–11 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, digital communications, brand management, or related domains.Strong understanding of martech platforms, data-driven marketing, and digital strategy execution.Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong strategic and creative outlook.
