We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our EVOFONE Team. If you'd like to join this exciting journey of TURKEY 's technology brand, we look forward to your application! What Will You Be Responsible For? Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies in line with company objectives,Conduct competitor analysis and follow industry trends to create innovative communication projects,Plan and coordinate all marketing processes and activities across departments,Collaborate with the CRM department to create customer profiles and manage personalized campaign planning,Oversee the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of creative advertising and media plans to enhance brand awareness,Organize annual advertising purchases, sponsorships, and brand partnership processes,Manage communications and collaborations effectively with agencies and third-party firms,Develop innovative solutions for social media management and digital marketing processes,Drive customer satisfaction to the highest level and develop customer-focused projects,Prepare the annual marketing plan and budget and ensure effective implementation. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent field, preferably a master's degree. 7-10 years of experience in a marketing manager or equivalent senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the global market.Proven experience developing, managing, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.Expertise in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enhancement, analytics, and data-driven marketing.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop directive teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leveraging data and insights for informed decision-making. Fluent English proficiency.
