We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Marketing Director to lead one of the most dynamic in-house teams in Dubai. This is not a sit-back strategic role; it's for someone who rolls up their sleeves, keeps pace with the business, and knows how to translate needs into smart, effective marketing activity that drives performance.You'll bring together brand, digital, content, and agent-level support under one high-performing function, making sure every campaign, post, and process connects back to commercial outcomes.What You'll DoLead all marketing operations across the haus & haus Group, managing workflows, efficiency, and delivery speed.Partner closely with Sales and CRM/Data teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with real business needs and performance goals.Build systems, templates, and processes that help agents market themselves and their listings effectively — from one-to-one support for Partners and Associate Directors to scalable tools for the wider team.Oversee digital, content, and creative outputs to ensure consistent quality and measurable ROI.Lead, coach, and motivate a talented in-house marketing team to deliver best-in-class results.Analyse performance data, report on ROI, and continuously optimise spend and effort.Maintain a culture of energy, accountability, and collaboration across the department.What We're Looking For5-10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years leading large in-house teams.Proven track record driving marketing performance in a high-growth, sales-driven environment.Deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, CRM integration, and ROI measurement.Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
