A global food consumer brand with one of the strongest footprints in North Asia is entering its next phase of acceleration. The North Asia zone (anchored by Japan and Korea, amongst others) represents a major revenue contributor to global headquarters and continues to deliver some of the highest growth across the system.Based in Singapore, the Marketing Director (Head), North Asia will lead this growth agenda: integrating brand, digital, and commercial strategy to sustain momentum and future-proof the business.Reporting to the Zone GM and partnering with Global CMO, this role demands a strategic, commercially astute and hands-on marketer who can influence across distributors/partners-led markets and teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a North Asia zone brand and marketing strategy that accelerates growth across Japan, Korea and emerging Asian marketsUnify brand, digital and e-commerce into a cohesive consumer journey driving reach, conversion and affinityPartner with partners/distributors/franchisees and market leaders to align priorities, build capability and ensure consistent execution excellenceEmbed a data-driven marketing culture, using analytics and insight to inform creative, investment and performance decisionsDevelop high-performing teams and a culture of innovation, speed and accountability across the regionKey Requirements15 + years in senior marketing leadership within top-tier FMCG or consumer food brandsDemonstrated success driving multi-market growth and transformation across Asia, preferably North AsiaStrong digital and e-commerce fluency (≈ 40 % of mix) with proven ROI deliveryCommercially sharp, comfortable working through influence within partner-led or franchise ecosystemsInclusive leader who balances clarity, creativity and discipline to drive results at scaleLocation: Singapore | Travel: ≈ 40 %Argyll Scott Singapore Pte LtdEA License No. 16S8105Liew Foo KinEA Reg No: R1982421
