Position Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overarching business goals.Oversee the entire marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources across functions and channels.Define and manage the brand architecture, including brand portfolio oversight and leading rebranding initiatives when needed.Drive the digital transformation of marketing through the implementation of martech solutions such as automation, AI, CDP, and CRM.Lead public relations and communication strategies at both national and international levels, including crisis management.Develop a cohesive content and messaging strategy that supports the company’s long-term vision.Build and nurture high-level strategic partnerships and alliances to support business growth.Establish a data-driven marketing analytics framework, integrating advanced tools like AI and BI to inform decision-making.Manage customer experience programs, loyalty initiatives, and community engagement strategies.Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team, including mid- and senior-level managers.Qualifications & Experience A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or executive leadership certification is a strong advantage.Over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.Deep expertise across key marketing domains including branding, digital marketing, public relations, content strategy, data analytics, and martech.Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, managing large-scale budgets, and effectively allocating resources.Proven track record of leading and developing multi-tiered teams across diverse functions.Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis leadership capabilities.
