Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Director to lead the brand and marketing efforts for our upcoming real estate projects in El Sheikh Zayed City.This role is central to shaping the company’s identity, driving awareness, and ensuring successful launches across all marketing touchpoints.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on experience in real estate marketing, capable of building and executing complete launch and branding strategies in collaboration with top-tier agencies.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for new real estate projects.• Lead the creative development process for all launch campaigns, branding assets, and marketing materials.• Manage and collaborate closely with external agencies and creative partners to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.• Oversee digital, offline, and on-ground marketing initiatives that effectively position the company’s projects in the market.• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify key positioning opportunities.• Build brand awareness and lead generation strategies that support sales and business objectives.• Oversee the creation of project identities, brochures, films, website, social media, and advertising campaigns.• Ensure alignment between marketing strategies, company objectives, and project goals.• Manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and timely campaign delivery.• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector or at a creative/advertising agency handling real estate accounts.• Proven track record in launching and building brands for real estate projects.• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.• Ability to manage multiple projects and agencies simultaneously.
