You will be responsible for developing innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and fostering a vibrant community of padel enthusiasts.Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Clubhouse offerings, including court bookings, coaching, events, and F&B services Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and areas for growth Community Engagement Cultivate relationships within the community by initiating engaging activities and events Manage social media channels to foster interaction and maintain a vibrant online presence Create and moderate engaging content on platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram Campaign Management Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and KPIs Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify marketing efforts and drive lead generation Brand Oversight Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all promotional materials and community interactions Work closely with partnerships to amplify sponsor activations and coordinate event promotionsRequirements Proven experience in marketing, community management, or a related field, preferably in sports or lifestyle sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences Experience in handling events or event projects is required Passionate about padel and sports; ability to play padel is a must
