Marketing & Events Coordinator (German speaking)

Let’s be #BrilliantTogetherISS STOXX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA Marketing team, with a strong focus on event management.This role will initially dedicate approximately 70% of time to managing and executing marketing events across the region, gradually expanding into broader marketing responsibilities during off-peak seasons. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, with proficiency in a third European language considered a strong asset.This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support flagship initiatives, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the growth of our index business in EMEA. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events across EMEA, including logistics, vendor management, branding, and post-event reportingMarketing Support: Assist in campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing activities during non-event periodsStakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives Project Management: Maintain timelines, budgets, and documentation for marketing activitiesMultilingual Communication: Support localization of marketing materials and communications across multiple languagesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination or generalist rolesFluent in German and English; proficiency in a third European language (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch) is a plusStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesComfortable working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environmentExperience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Illustrator, CMS systems) is an advantageAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously#ASSOCIATE #STOXXWhat You Can Expect From UsAt ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
