From Kathmandu to New York, we are building a bridge between traditional craft and modern living, while keeping our production as green and ethical as possible.Now entering our 7th year, we are scaling both in Nepal and the USA — and we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help us amplify this journey.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns across multiple platforms, and analyze performance to drive brand growth and business success. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Campaign Management:Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional media.Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and business goals.Market Research:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify new opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.Provide actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making.Performance Analysis:Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.Prepare reports and recommendations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.Stakeholder and Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams (sales, design, production).Collaborate effectively to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.Content and Material Development:Assist and lead when in need in creating marketing materials and content, ensuring alignment with brand image and audience preferences.Coordinate with creative teams for visual and copy content development.Digital Marketing:Manage online marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, PPC, and website content.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices to increase engagement and conversion.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2–5 years of experience in marketing or social media related roles.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills:Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (All social media platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
