Speed is important.The Role: Content & Marketing Senior Executive (Remote)This is a full-time remote role with a 3-month probation period. Your working hours will follow Singapore time.This is a performance-based role. Success will be measured by your ability to deliver agreed outcomes and KPIs. Your work will educate, inspire, and create tangible business results.What You’ll Do·     Create and publish engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, website, CRM) to support Deep Impact Singapore’s brand and business objectives.·     Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns and support client-facing activities.·     Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.·     Support basic marketing analytics and reporting.·     Assist with post-training client communications and feedback summaries as needed.Note: The specific focus areas and success measures for this role may evolve with business needs (e.g., the proportion of time spent on video content, analytics, or campaign support may shift). Detailed goals and KPIs will be discussed during onboarding and reviewed on a regular basis.Your continued employment and progression in this role will depend on meeting or exceeding these performance expectations. High-performers will have opportunities for greater responsibility, professional development, and rewards.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a self-driven content creator and communicator who thrives in a remote setting and is excited to grow with a purpose-driven team.Required:·     Exceptional writing skills in British English, with a flair for storytelling and clarity.·     Minimum 4 years’ experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment, supported by a portfolio or relevant work samples.·     Independent and reliable work ethic, with excellent time management in a remote environment.·     Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn new marketing tools, different software and respond to evolving priorities.·     Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.·     Use of AI: Comfortable using AI in your writing and delivering content.·     Familiarity in using Microsoft Office 365 Tools and Apps.·     Prior exposure to B2B marketing or professional services environments.Preferred:·     5+ years’ experience in content marketing with strong SEO knowledge, digital marketing, or related roles is a plus.·     Experience with content management and email marketing systems (e.g. WordPress, GetResponse).·     Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g. CapCut).Use the code word “Pink Panther” in your email subject line when applying for this job.
