Talent Pro is looking for Marketing ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityTalent Pro is a subsidiary company of Simura Group that specializes in software development for global clients.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing Executive to help drive the promotion and sales of our IT services and AI-based solutions in the local market. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in marketing and selling similar technology products or services and must possess a strong network of industry contacts that can be leveraged for business growth.This role requires someone sharp, market-aware, and capable of generating leads, converting opportunities and supporting the company’s strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Experience in tender documentation and submission is essential. Job Responsibilities:Promote and market IT solutions and AI product offerings to potential clients in the local market.Leverage existing professional relationships and PR networks to generate qualified leads and business opportunities to explore.Conduct market research to identify new sectors, clients, and promotional avenues.Preparing tenders & submitted the proposals with required documentation for formal submission standards.Create and deliver marketing presentations, product pitches and promotional content as needed.Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements and coordinate with internal teams to align solutions.Support marketing campaigns, events, digital promotions, and outreach activities.Maintain accurate records of marketing activities.Achieve defined marketing and business acquisition targets.Performed any other tasks assigned by management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingSkills Required: IT & Software Marketing, IT Support Service, Tender Processing, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Total IT SolutionExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,IT Enabled ServiceJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
