As the Field Marketing Executive for Thailand/Asia, you’ll drive demand and brand awareness primarily in Thailand, while supporting additional Asian markets.Working closely with regional sales and global marketing teams, you’ll scale and adapt programs to deliver new business MQLs and pipeline growth. Your fluency in Thai will be key to effective local execution.What You’ll Do…Lead the development of the country marketing plan in collaboration with the Senior Regional Field Marketing Manager - APAC and global marketing teams, focused on driving new business MQLs and pipeline growthExecute the regional marketing plan for Thailand and adjacent markets, to deliver measurable demand generation resultsPlan and deliver localised marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, events, and promotions tailored to regional audiences and focused on accelerating pipeline growthOrganise and promote regional events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars to support lead generation and brand awarenessPartner closely with sales to co-create outbound campaigns, call blitzes, and follow-up motions that accelerate pipeline conversionLocalise and optimise global campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing (SEO, paid media, email) to maximise regional impact and lead qualityWork with partner and enterprise marketing to activate global playbooks regionallyBuild and maintain relationships with local industry associations, industry publications, and partners to create co-marketing opportunities that generate demand and leadsCoordinate with global PR to identify and support local media opportunities that enhance brand visibility and credibilitySource and amplify local customer stories and testimonials to build trust and support sales enablementWhat You Have...3+ years experience in field marketing, campaign and event execution, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environmentFluent in Thai and English.
