LVMH Beauty Middle East oversees an area encompassing 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India, with subsidiaries and agent structures.Position SummaryAs the Marketing Executive for KSA, you will be the face of Benefit Cosmetics marketing in the local market. Working closely with the regional marketing team in Dubai, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of all marketing activities in KSA. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a passion for beauty and a deep understanding of the KSA consumer.Mains ResponsibilitiesOperational Marketing:Trade Calendar & Launch Execution: Implement the local trade marketing calendar and regional launch plans for retailers and Benefit boutiques. Ensure On-Counter Date (OCD) adherence and comprehensive 360-degree campaign execution.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with local teams (Commercial, Training, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure timely and complete execution of marketing plans.Local Activation Development: Propose, develop, and execute localized marketing activations that align with overall regional strategies. Closely monitor performance and ROI of all local initiatives.Novelty & Sampling Management: Track and follow up on novelty (gifts with purchase, special editions) dispatch and sales performance. Manage POS material distribution and consumption, including samples and testers.Performance Analysis: Partner with the Business Analyst to monitor category performance, identify trends, and conduct in-depth market analysis for local and regional team discussion and action plan.Competitive Intelligence: Provide regular reports on local competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights.Forecasting Support: Actively participate in the forecasting process, providing local market insights and relevant benchmarks to ensure accurate sales projections.A&P Budget Management: Track and report local A&P budget for KSA, ensuring adherence to regional budget.Public Relations & Influencer Marketing:Regional PR Support: Provide operational support for regional PR plans and initiatives, including product send-outs, press events, and influencer meetings…Local Trend Identification: Proactively identify emerging trends, influencers, and relevant marketing opportunities within the KSA market and communicate these to the regional team.Visual Merchandising (VM):VM Implementation: Implement visual merchandising updates following regional guidelines across all points of sale (lightboxes, makeup bars, etc.).Local VM Production: Manage local VM production projects on an ad-hoc basis, under the direction of the regional VM team.VM Budget Tracking: Track VM budget expenditures and seek necessary approvals from the regional team.VM Maintenance: Coordinate VM maintenance activities, including communication with points of sale, shipment of spare parts, and supplier coordination.Market Representation:Voice of the Market (Internally): Act as the key advocate for the KSA market within the marketing regional team, providing insights on local trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.Voice of Marketing (Locally): Effectively communicate marketing plans, execution requirements, and brand updates to the local KSA team as well as local partners.Competencies and qualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in operational marketing, ideally in cosmetics in the luxury industry.Retail/sales experience a big plus.In-depth understanding of brand strategy / DNA.Sense of excellence/overachievement.Interpersonal and communication skills to motivate sales force/retailers.Ability to be on the ground with the sales team / handle operational details as well as to develop a broader view of strategic local issues.Financial skills to handle the A&P budget.Energetic and self-motivated performer with the ability to work in a fast-paced work culture within a team that promotes a good sense of fun.Demonstrate experience in implementing marketing projects, with a high level of reliability.Leadership and autonomy.Regular trips across KSA.University degree in business or marketing.Fluent English and Arabic speaker is a must.
