Role: Marketing ExecutiveContract: Full Time/ PermanentSalary: £34k-£35kLocation: Maidenhead/OfficePurposeThe Marketing Executive will play a key role in the marketing team, managing campaigns across multiple channels, creating content, and liaising with key stakeholders within the global business.You will combine creativity and analysis to deliver impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support our company goals.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a growing department, support a global marketing function, and really make an impact.Team StructureThe Marketing Executive sits within the Global Marketing team, working alongside and with various stakeholders, and teams throughout the business.About The RoleYou will have skills and experience relating to:2+ years’ experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar roleExperience working in B2B marketing – ideally service focused.Results-focused - ability for self-reflection and self-awareness.Demonstrates curiosity and passion, asking questions to build understanding.Personal drive and an eagerness for professional development in marketingStrong design skills with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing channelsStrong copywriting and proofreading skillsCreative, detail-oriented, and innovativeA collaborative team player with initiative and a proactive approachA flexible, curious, and positive approach to work, with a passion for trying new things and solving challenges creativelyMain duties and responsibilities Generate ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagementDeliver marketing campaigns across digital and print channelsDesign and produce artwork within brand guidelines and manage print productionCreate engaging content and copy for campaigns and social media platformsSupport global campaigns and design localised initiativesLiaise with internal departments and third parties to ensure brand consistencyProofread, edit, and maintain high-quality marketing materialsCollate marketing performance reports and communicate to key stakeholdersTasks may include: Maintenance and development of website.Supporting with planning, budgeting, implementing marketing campaigns.Coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders.Meet regularly with sales colleagues to address localized marketing needs and execute demand generation activitiesContribute to the ongoing development of tools and processes that support marketing goalsOccasional travel for conferences and events, supporting our global engagement effortsWhy Work with Us?Great starting salary with opportunity to for pay increase.28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, equating to 36 days holiday per year (7 weeks and 1 day)Excellent opportunities for development and progressionHealth cash plan, pension scheme, and income protectionMobile phone providedA supportive and inspiring team with great mentorsWe look forward to receiving your application.
