Tips & Toes is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and growth across our branches.Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:Campaign ExecutionSupport the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and promotional offers.Coordinate with IT and Operations teams to ensure timely activations and in-store visibility.Keep in-store TV screens updated with the latest campaigns.Partnerships & CollaborationsManage corporate discounts and partnership programs to attract and retain clients.Initiate collaborations with external brands to enhance visibility and create co-marketing opportunities.Content & Creative CoordinationCurate and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to amplify campaigns and storytelling.Work with in-house and external creatives on branding, graphics, and campaign assets.Coordinate shoots and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.Trade Marketing & EventsOversee marketing collaterals and trade materials to support campaigns and sales.Plan and execute events, activations, and client engagement activities.Reporting & DocumentationTrack campaign performance, handle marketing invoicing, and maintain contracts and documentation.Influencer & Social Media SupportIdentify and manage influencers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Support content planning and scheduling for social media campaigns.In-store ExperienceManage in-store music playlists and ensure an engaging customer ambience.Source and manage suppliers to uphold brand quality standards.
