Working Location: 281 Alexandra Road Singapore 159938Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0900hrs to 1825hrsJob DescriptionAdvertising and PromotionsLiaise with Creative/Ad agencies in the production and execution of digital and print ads that align with sales objectives for events, roadshows and online campaignsDigitalManage the full digital suite including planning, buying and optimizing digital campaigns and promotionsTo be always on the look-out for new media platforms, ad formats and innovative concepts to be the market trend setterAnalyse data from campaigns and provide insights to market trendsEvents And RoadshowsManage and execute events and roadshows, including the sourcing for venue, event collaterals, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive the event to successionContractor and agency management including getting quotations, briefing relevant vendors on campaign/event objectives/requirements on the execution of the campaign/eventCRMLead and manage customer database management systemsIn-depth analysis with leads management and datamining toolsCollaterals And Showroom RelatedAssist with the production and design of marketing collaterals such as spec sheets, festive collateralsManagement of showroom related tasks and equipment, including festive decorationsAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Job RequirementDiploma/Degree in Marketing preferredExperience in collateral production, digital and project managementProficiency in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Microsoft OfficeExcellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead projects and campaigns independently and also work well in a teamMeticulous with high attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlinesAt least 2 years of working experience in related fields preferred
