Job Title: Marketing Executive - Oceania - TrafalgarLocation: Bondi Junction - HybridBring unforgettable travel experiences to life across Australia and New Zealand.Are you a creative marketer ready to bring campaigns to life and engage audiences across multiple channels? Trafalgar is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive bookings.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to implement campaigns that engage consumers and support Trafalgar’s travel experiences. Your focus will be on ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with local relevance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Manager in the execution of consumer marketing campaignsTraffic and execute media briefs, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on timeReview and update digital creative across websites, social media, and display bannersAssist in creating and delivering new website content and consumer copySupport social media monitoring and moderation for customer engagementCoordinate collateral for tactical, brand and promotional campaigns, including mid-campaign updates and countdownsAssist in weekly press dispatches and manage any publisher issuesParticipate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring detailed minutes and timely follow-up on actionsSupport cross-promotional activities with partner brandsUpdate consumer letters for brochure orders and promotional offersConduct competitor reviews to inform marketing strategySupport PR calendar development and management in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and global teamAssist in building relationships with agencies and partners to maximise campaign impactProvide support for trade activities, major projects and eventsHow Success Is MeasuredTimely and accurate delivery of marketing campaignsStrong collaboration and support across the marketing teamHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksPositive stakeholder feedback and smooth internal coordinationWhat You’ll BringIntroductory experience in consumer marketing, direct marketing, digital, and social mediaSolid understanding of the Australian travel industry and Trafalgar’s brandsEnthusiasm, motivation, and attention to detailWhy Join Us?Wellbeing Support: Access to extensive employee assistance and wellbeing programs for you and your family.
