Job SummaryThe Senior Marketing Executive at Tisen Trading (M) Sdn Bhd is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing activities that support the company’s sales and business growth objectives — especially in creating proactive marketing proposals, market-driven campaigns, and sales tools that drive conversion and client retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, design, and brand storytelling, particularly within the FMCG and GWP (Gifts with Purchase) industry.Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing PlanningDevelop annual festive and quarterly marketing strategy plans aligned with sales goals.Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities, upcoming projects, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., GWP, branding, OEM).Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to generate insights for proactive proposals. Proposal & Campaign DevelopmentConceptualize and design marketing proposals, presentation decks, and campaign ideas tailored for each client segment (e.g., L’Oréal, Guardian, Sandoz).Work with design and sourcing teams to build complete proposal packages — from visuals, mood boards, and costing references to timeline plans.Collaborate cross-functionally to build client-focused campaigns. Marketing Content & Creative DirectionDevelop content for sales kits, company profiles, newsletters, social media, and digital touchpoints.Oversee product photography, copywriting, and marketing collateral production.Manage brand consistency and ensure communication aligns with Tisen’s brand positioning. Sales Support & CollaborationPartner with the sales team to prepare presentation decks, trade show materials, and key account proposals.Track and measure marketing contribution to leads and conversion rates.Support follow-ups with marketing data, visuals, or proposal enhancement when pitching to clients. Digital Marketing & Market VisibilityManage Tisen’s social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, xiaohongshu) and company’s website to increase our brand’s awareness.Build online case studies or success story content to strengthen credibility.Explore marketing automation or CRM tools for lead tracking.
