Wall Street English is looking for a Marketing Executive to join and be part of our new center opening soon in Cairo, Egypt.The successful candidate will oversee all marketing functions, reporting to the General Manager/Owner/CEO. They will plan, develop, and execute initiatives to drive revenue, enhance customer acquisition, and strengthen brand equity, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand strategy.What You Will Be DoingMarketing Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content creation, lead nurturing, link building, digital PR, and brand reputation management.Oversee offline marketing efforts such as advertising, direct marketing, promotional activities, public relations, and site marketing to ensure a cohesive marketing mix with maximum ROI.Plan and manage the communications calendar, aligning it with lead generation and promotional activities on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Track, monitor, and manage promotional activities, ensuring that sales teams have the data and insights needed for follow-ups, reviews, and improvements.Market Analysis and OptimizationAnalyze market trends to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and communication strategies.Ensure clear, consistent brand positioning while meeting targets for leads, customer engagements, and contracts.Budget ManagementMonitor and manage marketing budgets by comparing actual results against plans and forecasts, ensuring efficient use of resources.Digital and Partner ManagementOversee the management of the company’s social media channels, blog, and website to enhance online presence and engagement.Build and manage partnerships with external marketing agencies, including media owners and PPC agencies, to ensure optimal media spend.Adapt global marketing campaigns to align with local market conditions and preferences.Your Profile3-5 years of experience working in marketing roles in preferably international organizations or an agency with global clients.Able to demonstrate end-to-end campaign management to achieve business goals.Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Passion for building a global brand in the education industry.Exceptional team player with the confidence and integrity to earn team confidence quickly.Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.Strong negotiation and people skills.Strong analytical background with the ability to evaluate programs and monitor results.Fluent speaking and written English.B.S. degree required; MBA preferred.With Wall Street English you will go further.We are Wall Street English, the premier provider of English language instruction for individuals and corporate clients around the world.
