Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New RoleCampaign SupportAssists in the execution of theatrical campaigns by coordinating with internal and external teams on deliverables, providing necessary assets, and monitoring timely delivery of project requirementsOrders assets (trailers, one sheets, localized assets, DOOH & print files ) as needed for campaignsHelps develop mockups and renders for Marketing Lead’s pitch decksGives initial edits to vendors upon receiving first drafts of materials (e.g. mockups of SocMed pubs, event layouts, etc.) before submitting to Marketing Lead for final approvalUpdates Marketing Lead on campaign developments (especially for non-media) and follows up with vendors on timely delivery of requests as neededPartner RelationsCoordinates with exhibitor partners to ensure they are equipped to execute their own supporting campaigns for Universal Pictures PH’s releasesProvides exhibitors with necessary assetsMaintains vendor relationships to promote seamless ways of working on every titleSocial Media ManagementDevelops social media content calendar for all titlesHandles posting of trailers, one sheets, localized content, and paid media materials on all of Universal Pictures PH’s social platformsSeeds materials and content calendar to exhibitors, other partners for posting on their respective social media pagesCoordinates with media agency on live dates of assets to be used in media campaignEvent ManagementDoes all preliminary preps for premieres including securing of venue and necessary permits (Mayor’s Permit, ingress permit), coordinating with suppliers on setup, ticket printing, anti-piracy services, press & KOL allocation, and post-event videoEnsures plans for premiere events and media launches are carried out correctlyAdmin & HousekeepingCoordinates with MTRCB liaison on censorship board review schedulesProcesses registration of new vendors to be able to generate Purchase Order and process paymentMonitors all deliveries from HO/RO via DHL or Purcia TransportFinanceGenerates and sends Purchase Orders to suppliersProcesses vendor payments after goods and services are deliveredCodes media invoices on SAP as part of payment process○Ensures MTRCB revolving fund is replenished so materials can be reviewed promptlyWorks with Finance to settle final TCRs per titleAdditional InformationOn June 9, 2025, Warner Bros.
