Job DescriptionThis role supports the Sub-lead for Special Projects in reviewing, developing, and documenting security policies, procedures, and operational measures for the SPX Security & Investigation Team. It involves actively participating in operational excellence initiatives, conducting security assessments and red teaming exercises, overseeing incident management, and ensuring compliance and effective communication of security standards across the organization. The position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement loss prevention measures and maintains the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all security documentation.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sub-lead for Special Projects in the review of existing security measures.Assist the Sub-lead for Special Projects in the formulating of new security policies and procedures.Assist the Sub-lead for Special Projects in documenting all policies, procedures and measures to include in Manual of Operations for the SPX Security & Investigation Team.Actively participate in operational excellence projects from initiation to completion.Identify gaps and inefficiencies and provide recommendations for process improvements by conducting security assessments, inspections, and audits.Formulate scenarios, scripts, and red teaming exercises implementation plan including penetration test scenarios.Oversee the conduct of red teaming exercises and penetration tests.Assist the overall Security Lead in managing incidents that require special attention.Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all documentations relevant to security policies, procedures, and measures.Conduct security information cascade to all stakeholders when needed.Monitor guard deployment and ensure agency compliance on screening, training and evaluation.Monitor agency compliance on conducting performance evaluations on deployed security personnel.Monitor the conduct of security surveys and ensure that findings are communicated to concerned departments.Assist the Sub-lead on cross-functional collaborations. Work with OpEx, Fraud, Sea Security and other teams to implement loss prevention measures.Execute and implement new projects as part of the Comprehensive Security Program.Maintain a secure, accurate record of all policies, procedures, and measures pertaining to security and investigations.RequirementsEducational Background & Certifications Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management or any related field. A master's degree is a plus.Certified Security Professional and Lean Six Sigma Certifications will be considered as an advantage.Experience RequirementMust have at least five (3) years of combined experience in security, investigation, and project management.Knowledge And SkillsStrong understanding of project management principles, security management, investigation, and intelligence.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to handle large sets of data.Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies is advantageous.
